AI-DRIVEN siRNA DELIVERY

Undecimal pairs massive scale combinatorial chemistry with transformer-based AI to guide siRNA therapeutics into the tissues that need them.

Vision

Every tissue. Addressable.

“We're not looking for the next ligand. We're learning the language that writes it”

siRNA is a revolutionary therapeutic modality with over half a dozen of FDA approved drugs and a Nobel Prize backed science. This modality can target any disease genes with digital precision, due to the discrete nature of nucleic acid molecules.

Delivery into the target organ is the main barrier to unleash the power of this modality. As of today, the liver can be targeted by conjugating the drug to a ligand that acts as Trojan horse that tricks the liver cells to enter. Experience has highlighted that discovering such Trojan horse ligands for other tissues is a slow and cumbersome process.

The Approach

Let Chemistry Propose
Let Biology Reveal
Let AI Choose

Combinatorial chemistry generates a massive number of delivery candidates. A high-throughput functional readout scores the delivery properties of each one. AI decodes the structure-activity relationship to discover the best delivery molecules.

Function, not binding

Our readout reports productive intracellular delivery. We find molecules with productive cell delivery, not molecules that just bind the cell.

Hypothesis-free

No target biology assumed. The cell tells us what it takes up.

Small molecules, by design

The output is a synthetic conjugate: manufacturable, characterizable, and shaped like what the field already knows how to develop.

Built to be learned from

Every screen is quantitative, reproducible, and becomes training data for the next one.

The AI Layer

Map of the delivery space, drawn by AI

Chemical space is vast. And that's an opportunity. Somewhere sits a molecule for every tissue. Models trained on our own screens learn to read the structure-activity relationship and predict productive delivery. Each round of screening is accelerated as the map fills in.

You can't learn what HASN'T BEEN measured

Co-folding stops at binding. Delivery starts after it. The moment you can score internalization millions of times over, it becomes learnable.

Renovascular Diseases

Our first programs target the kidney and the vascular system.

Genes are known, access is not

Human genetics has already pointed at the drivers of renovascular disease with unusual clarity. These are not speculative targets. They are targets no one has been able to reach. That makes delivery the rate-limiting step, which is exactly the step we are built for.

Biology asks to be silenced

These drivers cause harm by doing too much, not too little. Silencing is the natural instrument, and siRNA reaches targets that small molecules and antibodies have struggled to engage at all.

Chronic disease rewards durability

Renovascular diseases progress over many years. An siRNA dosed infrequently fits how these patients are actually treated and holds the underlying biology in check rather than managing its symptoms.

One address opens many doors

Kidney and vascular tissues sit upstream of a wide span of chronic illnesses. An address that works here is not a single product. It is the entry point to an indication family, creating a pipeline in a molecule.
